We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join the Phoenix Futures Scotland team and assist in leading our new and innovative National Specialist Family Service as Care Team Manager.
As a specialist addiction recovery charity and housing association, we have developed considerable expertise and support our clients and families at all stages of their recovery.
Once the service opens in Summer 2022 you will support the running of the day to day service and lead your care team to ensure high quality recovery focused support and activities, in line with high quality care standards. Ensuring the safety of our families is paramount and you will work with adults and their children to ensure responsive to support is provided.
You will be a passionate, motivating and nurturing leader, with experience of leading and supervising staff teams. You will also work in conjunction with the Therapeutic Team, Childcare Team and Clinical Lead to ensure the planning and running of day to day activities goes smoothly including supporting with external appointments, medication as per policy and health, wellbeing and social activities and interventions etc. This is a varied role which is key to the workings of the entire service model, and as you will be supervising both day and night care workers you may be required to complete some evening work, to support them with their training and practice development.
