Are you passionate about making a difference for some of Scotland’s most at risk children and young people? Do you have experience of providing relationship support to families?

Cyrenians Live Life Project is an exciting ongoing partnership offering a range of support to veterans and their families.

The role of the Family Outreach Worker is to work in partnership with Cyrenians’ Mediators and other Live Life partners, playing a key-role in supporting veterans and their families to access mediation as well as providing other important elements of support. This will differ depending on each family’s needs but may include one-to-one practical support around education and work, increasing young people’s confidence in communicating their needs to others, community engagement, developing anger management skills and understanding how relationships work.

We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and experience of supporting children young people and/or families. You should be committed to supporting veteran’s and their families and have the ability to demonstrate our values of compassion, respect, integrity, and innovation in the work that you do.
