We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent administrative support in a service that helps people to understand, manage and improve their financial wellbeing, as well as their mental health issues.
You would be joining our Mental Health and Money Advice Service, which provides clear, practical advice and support for people affected by mental health and money issues.
We are committed to delivering services shaped by the lived experienced of people affected by mental health. We believe in a holistic approach to providing support and aim to empower our service user to make the best use of what help and support is available to them.
In this varied role, you will be supporting the team by offering flexible administrative support, including maintaining office systems, data inputting and analysis, and ensuring information is communicated with relevant parties in a timely manner. The role will offer you an opportunity to use your excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to ensure the effective delivery of the service.
This service is currently referral only, working in partnership with our partner organisations (National Debtline, StepChange, Money & Pensions Service, Home Energy Scotland and Money Advice Scotland) as well as our own Services.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate has recently worked in advice services, support services or a customer service environment and has experience in administrative roles, supporting a busy team. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and experience of case recording systems will be a distinct advantage, as is experience in working with individuals living with mental health issues.
