About the team
The Digital & Marketing Communications Team is being established to transform the way that Changeworks engages with our audiences and will lead on organisational and service marketing alongside developing our digital presence. The team overall is responsible for evolving our brand, positioning the organisation, increasing our profile and driving more people to adopt a low carbon life.
About the role
Ensure Changeworks engages effectively with our stakeholders, funders and customers, through our digital marketing and social media activity. Use your excellent communication skills to develop and deliver engaging content that is relevant to our diverse audiences.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative communicator to help take our social media channels and email marketing to the next level. This new role in our team will support us to build engagement and awareness within our audiences of Changeworks.
Drive our digital campaigns both organically as well as deliver our paid advertising campaigns.
You will have space to focus on innovation particularly thinking about automation and optimising our processes to drive performance.
About you
You will have experience of working in social media, including paid social experience across a number of social platforms. You will have relevant experience of B2C social media community management on behalf of a major brand, media owner or not-for-profit organisation.
You will have experience of placing online adverts via social media and pay-per-click campaigns, optimising performance to ensure we reach our audiences.
You will have experience planning and writing engaging digital content including managing video content creation (directly or through an agency or video producer). Extensive experience of developing and delivering engaging social media content and communications, who also has a great creative flair.
You will have used social media management and analysis tools to drive performance improvement.
You will be an outgoing and confident individual with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Over the coming months we will be looking to offer increased flexibility about where we work, in a hybrid of home and office base depending on the needs of each role.
