Role

Rosehill has been operating in the Pollok area of Glasgow for over 30 years and owns and manages over a 1000 properties.

This is a new post which will be responsible for dealing with a range of HR matters and for Corporate Services including Health & Safety, Complaints and Performance Management. The post holder will also support the work of our DPO service in all matters relating to DP, FOI and EIR. The successful candidate will have experience at a senior level in delivering HR and Corporate Services, have a sound knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety Legislation. Be able to contribute at a strategic level e.g. making a substantial contribution to business planning and have effective leadership, coaching, mentoring and motivational skills. Excellent IT and Digital skills are desirable as are having a current driving licence and use of a car.
