Founded on the principles of community development, our work with Muslim and Black, minority ethnic (Bme) women is underpinned by community empowerment and co-production. Amina offers a range of services with the aim of creating a more inclusive environment, building community resilience, and tackling inequalities.
The post holder will manage the Helpline and Development Project, and provide leadership and strategic direction to the Helpline team; build strong partnerships with agencies to achieve project outcomes; ensure the effective and successful running of project; and work collaboratively with the Senior Management Team on strategic and operational matters. The post will involve travel throughout Scotland.
