We are seeking a support worker with experience of providing 1-1 support to people affected by sexual violence.
The candidate will have knowledge and experience of a person-centred approach that encourages empowerment and self-help, which enables people to recognise their own potential and take control of their lives.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate experience of working with people affected by trauma and have a sound understanding of how equality issues impact on people.
Candidates will possess competent I.T skills, the ability to effectively manage their own workload, process and maintain written records and be an enthusiastic team-player in relation to general Centre activities.
