Role

Key and Community Lifestyles work alongside over 2,100 disabled people in their own homes and communities, across 17 Scottish local authorities, providing high quality, personalised support to enable each individual to achieve the life they want.

We are excited to be recruiting to a full-time position which will play an important role in contributing to ongoing quality assurance and improvement activities which support truly person-centred working across Key and Community Lifestyles.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in social care, ideally within a quality assurance related role, who has a genuine commitment to supporting the continual improvement of services to the people who use our support.

With excellent organisational, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills you will relish balancing the need for the ongoing maintenance of systems and processes, with a flexible approach that enables you to respond to time limited high priority activities, as and when they arise.

You will enjoy working in collaboration with other people and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to develop and maintain strong working relationships with people we support, support staff, managers, and other colleagues.

You will also have a high level of digital skill, particularly in using Microsoft Office applications such as Forms, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams coupled with excellent written and report writing skills.
