ENABLE Works are the leading Scottish organisation delivering high quality employability services for people who have learning disabilities.

Your role, as an ENABLE Works Administrator is to support our teams to help people who have a disability and/or long-term health condition to make progress towards and achieve employment.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to support our employability team and carry out the administrative requirements of our new Training for Work programme (part of our All in Glasgow). Your role will be to support the team to keep project records, prepare reports to funders and undertake everyday administrative functions to ensure smooth programme delivery.

The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to members of the Training for Work team. This will involve entering data and processing claims on the Hanlon database and ensuring that compliance requirements are met.

The post holder may also have the opportunity to contribute to ENABLE Work’s employment development processes by supporting clients to develop their administration and workplace skills within the department.
