We are looking for a Community Engagement Officer to deliver capacity-building development support services to all service users and encourage and empower inclusivity within Mental Health support services specifically for BAME, LGBTQ+ and other minority community groups.

This is a new role within the organisation for an individual to grow and build upon as they progress and make their own.
The Community Engagement Officer will be a passionate individual who wants create communities that inclusively support the mental health needs of each Child and Young Person no matter their race, culture, background. The role will initially start off with the purpose of capacity build and engage with individuals to identify the needs and barriers faced by minority groups to better support such ones and make services more accessible.
