We are looking for an enthusiastic, empathic person to join Change Mental Health and help us continue to deliver excellent mental health services across Fife.

Change Mental Health is a leading national mental health charity providing incredible person-centred support across the nation.

We want you to join us in one of the best places to work, where your views and experience will help develop and deliver services that people want.

This Support Worker post will join our Fife Team and expand our support to people with Mental Health needs across Fife. Together we support people to build resilience and to identify their personal priorities and outcomes. Support Workers help people to feel connected to their loved ones and community, working towards aspirations and goals that they set themselves; that help them live life well.

We build links with partner organisations across Fife, helping break down barriers and develop services that people want and need.

This post will report directly to the Service Manager for Change Mental Health Fife Services.
