We are looking for an organised, friendly person with great attention to detail to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
You will provide high quality customer service and commercial administrative support to key stakeholders of the Scottish Braille Press, as well as providing a professional transcription service in accessible formats for people with a vision impairment primarily for commercial clients.
You will administer the day-to-day commercial administrative and customer service duties working alongside, and on behalf of, the Customer Service Coordinator and Manager. Duties include client communications, order processing, sales quotations, invoicing, credit control and purchasing.
You will have excellent organisation and administration skills, and strong interpersonal skills along with a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages and fast/accurate keyboard skills. Attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively, together with a flexible approach to working practices is required. Previous experience of working with clients in the financial sector will be an added benefit.
