Our staff work in partnership with each person, and those closest to them, to plan and offer support which focuses on them achieving the life they want, and which adapts and changes as they do.

As a result of internal developments, we’re excited to be recruiting to a new full-time position working across Key and our subsidiary, Community Lifestyles, which will enable us to build on our commitment and work to date around workforce learning and development.

  • has significant experience in delivering learning and development activities in social care, having created, launched and reviewed learning resources for social care workers and managers

With a social care/relevant professional qualification and ideally an accredited qualification in a social care-related topic or Health and Safety related trainer qualification you will ensure the delivery and further development of our staff induction and learning and development activities including online resources, to ensure a high quality, skilled and knowledgeable workforce.

Drawing on your well-honed leadership and time management skills you will oversee the work of our highly experienced and committed staff development team, based in our two main offices in Glasgow as well as in dispersed locations. With considerable experience of IT systems and processes you will have responsibility for the monitoring and reporting of staff learning and development activities and outcomes for a range of stakeholders.
