Role

Waverley Care is Scotland’s leading HIV and hepatitis C charity. We are at an exciting point in our history as Scotland strives to reach the goal of zero transmissions by 2030, and we are determined to play an essential role in getting us there.

To help us achieve our strategic goals, we are looking for a dynamic, engaging and ambitious Senior Fundraising Manager to join our senior management team and lead our growing fundraising team.

This is an exciting time in the evolution of income generation at Waverley Care. We are about to embark on a journey which will see us significantly increasing our unrestricted income over the next 5 years. This post will provide the leadership expertise and development momentum needed to achieve this significant income growth.

The post will work collaboratively with other key functions of the organisations including communications, finance/head office, as well as our operational teams across Scotland.

Our ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator and natural relationship builder, who is ambitious, proactive and passionate about using their skills to make a difference. They will be a high performing, resilient fundraiser with experience of delivering income growth in previous roles.
