People and Resources Manager

Role

Are you a hands-on individual, with experience and passion in supporting teams and bringing out the best in people?

We are looking for a People and Resources Manager to lead our HR function, ensuring that our people have the right working environment to do their best, and the right tools to help achieve our vision of a rewilded Scottish highlands.

A love for collaboration, problem-solving and the natural world are crucial, alongside an enthusiasm for listening, communication, and leading by example.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Senior Management Team, you will develop ways of working to deliver our organisational people strategy and annual operations plan. You will also lead on other key business functions such as Payroll, Health and Safety, Compliance, and Data Protection.

You will work across a growing and dynamic team based in Moray and the Highlands, supporting our managers to build capacities and develop our talent internally, seeing people flourish in their roles and succeed.

The role will be based from our Findhorn Office, with travel to Dundreggan and home working.

The start date for this role will be March/April 2023.
