Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual with a passion for fundraising and events to join our Development team. The postholder will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the SCO’s Individual Giving programme, with key responsibilities being to process donations, renew memberships, organise donor events and communicate directly with donors. Reporting to the Development Director and Development Manager, the Fundraising and Events Officer will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the SCO’s Individual Giving programme, with key responsibilities being to process donations, renew memberships, organise donor events and communicate directly with donors, whilst also being responsible for promoting and encouraging individual giving through the creation of content for the website, social media and newsletters.
