We are a membership network with a vision for a thriving circular economy in Scotland with local communities benefiting from the social, environmental, and economic outcomes. With a growing membership of over 230 charities and social enterprises we are always looking for new ways to support the reuse, repair and recycling Third Sector and see our vision become a reality.

This role is designed to underpin the next chapter of our growth and you will be at the heart of delivering future environmental and social justice in Scotland.

As Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer you will be at the heart of this organisation at an exciting time. The successful candidate will be pro-active and driven, exceptionally well organised, a proven problem-solver and strong at relating to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. An ability to tune in to the CEO’s leadership style whilst also being proactive, empowered, and self-directed is key.

A wider element of this role is to provide administrative support to the whole organisation. This will involve a wide range of tasks for which flexibility, proactivity, excellent IT skills (particularly Microsoft Office365 but also Salesforce, WordPress etc), project management abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills are all essential. As a support to a wide range of staff, projects and processes you will need to manage your workload against agreed priorities and be comfortable saying no when necessary and managing sometimes conflicting expectations.

We are determined to get the right person to join our strong team which is why we are open to exploring different options regarding place of work (office, hybrid or home-based) within commuting distance of our Stirling Office. Whilst we initially agreed budget for a 3-day week we are also willing to consider up to full-time working for the right candidate. Please make any location or hours-based requirements clear in your application. At all levels of the organisation, we are strongly committed to staff wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion.
