After flooding occurs it also provides individuals and communities with assistance to empower them to recover from the impacts of flooding – physical and emotional – as quickly as possible.
We are recruiting for a Community Resilience Manager to join our Team to develop and deliver our community resilience work across Scotland.

You will need to be an excellent communicator, able to work with organisations, communities, and individuals at all levels, sometimes supporting communities and individuals in stressful situations. It’s also varied, with no one day the same as the next, working with interesting people, often in fascinating places.
