About Cyrenians in Falkirk
Our office is based within Arnotdale House, Dollar Park in Falkirk. We have recently undergone a review of our infrastructure to make best use of our resources to consolidate and grow the services to meet the needs of the people we work with. This is a new post designed to support us moving forward.
The successful postholder will be an integral part of the team and contributing to the delivery of Cyrenians Strategic Plan.
About the role
Key areas for the postholder to utilise their skills will be:
·Supporting Falkirk Management Team to gather relevant research and policy documents to inform service development
·Supporting Falkirk Management Team in the completion of funding applications
·Supporting Falkirk Management Team to update organisational databases
·Lead on petty cash distribution and reconciliation
·Lead on maintaining Invoice Spreadsheet
·Organize meetings/events (virtually and in-person) including distribution of paperwork, arranging refreshments, break out rooms and note-taking as required
·Calendar management for meetings and events
About you
You’ll bring relevant experience in an administrative support role with a ‘can-do’ attitude and genuinely interested in working with a range of people.
Your attention to detail and excellent time management will support the work we do. Your desire to work in Third Sector will enhance your job satisfaction by knowing that your contribution is helping others.

The salary equates to £12,228 per annum for a 20-hour week at scale point 20.
The work pattern for the 20 hours will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate.
