Do you want to become an Agent for Change and be part of a vibrant youth work movement that wishes to create social action in communities?

Then ask yourself, are you energised to work alongside and create exciting and rewarding experiences for children and young people? Are you passionate about children and young people’s rights and are you committed to the principles of the UNCRC.

If this is the case, then?

Through funding awarded by Children In Need, #IWill and the Hunter Foundation, the Jack Kane Community Centre is looking to recruit an experienced and innovative Development Worker to work alongside a group of children and young people between the ages of 10-15 years old.

With a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, you will place their rights central to interactions, you will also ensure that all work undertaken will be carried out with a view to maximising inclusive and participatory experiences, all of which, seek to make a new home for children and young people’s rights within their communities.
