Role

Key roles: Community charity Soirbheas wishes to appoint an enthusiastic and community minded individual as a Community Development Manager. The post will work with an experienced board to manage four local grant and apprenticeship programmes, lead the charity in developing and implementing its strategic plans with partner organisations for Glen Urquhart and Strathglass. Secure funds for initiatives and negotiate with developers to ensure the best deals for the community. Line manage the Assistant Community Development Officer and oversee a number of partnerships including Care at Home, Befriending and paths and walking development.
