The organisation is peer led by those with lived experience, carers and supporters. The Board of Directors, elected by members at each AGM, is responsible for the governance of the organisation and directs the work of the staff team, which is responsible for the operational delivery. Currently, Bipolar Scotland has over 400 members who have helped to support in excess of 2,500 unique individuals.
