Role

This is a hybrid role that will allow autonomy and a blend of home working and office working across one of our three central offices in Dundee, Perth or West Dunbartonshire.

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking HR Business Partner to join our passionate and hard working team – recipients of the Terrific Team of the Year Award at the 2020 CHeRries awards and HR Business Partner of the Year at the HR Network National Awards 2021.

With your established HRBP background, you will possess exceptional coaching and influencing skills that enable you to build trust and influence positive outcomes across a range of HR matters. You will work collaboratively with all members of the people team to contribute to the design, development and delivery of the People strategy and associated projects.
