East Dunbartonshire CAB based in Kirkintilloch is an independent and innovative advice organisation providing holistic advice and support to local people.
The post is funded, initially for 24 months, with a possible extension dependent on availability of funding. Considerable knowledge of benefits advice, associated legislation and Disability benefit form completion is essential, as is excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A working knowledge of both Department for Work & Pensions and Social Security Scotland processes is desirable.
The post will be based in Kirkintilloch with service delivery throughout outreach locations within the East Dunbartonshire area.
