We are leading the way for change!

At Forth Valley Rape Crisis Centre we create healing and empowering environments that make the prevention of and recovery from sexual violence possible.

We need new trustees to support and guide us; inspirational women and critical friends who share and can promote our values: Survivor Centred, Kindness, Innovation, Diversity and Representation, and Transparency.

We are looking for women from all walks of life, whether you are an experienced trustee or looking to take your first steps onto a board, we want to hear from you. Our trustees will have skills, experience or passion for one or more of the following areas:

  • accountancy
  • lobbying skills
  • fundraising
  • business development
  • ensuring services are accessible and inclusive
  • ability to build effective and collaborative working relationships.
  • commitment to feminism and feminist governance.
  • commitment to eradicating the issues around sexual violence.
  • commitment to incorporating survivors’ voices and lived experience to shape services that truly meet the needs of survivors
