About the role

A new and exciting opportunity to work with us as a key member of our business support team who provide support to all the teams in Scotland. The Senior Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the Places for Everyone (PfE) program, including supporting the team to maintain effective working relationships with key individuals and partners through the provision of timely and well-presented information.

As the Senior Administrator you will line manage the PfE admin function including PfE review panels. You will also be accountable as content manager at the Sustrans Showcase website which will involve curation, management and optimization of the Showcase website content.

The Senior Administrator must be organized, efficient and have excellent communications and interpersonal skills as well as problem solving. You will also develop and maintain a number of processes and ensure that they are Go back through it and update as the program evolves.

We offer true hybrid working, a flexible mix of working from home and occasional travel to a nearby office hub.

About you

You should have experience of leading, motivating and managing a team. also experience of planning meetings and events, providing high quality administrative support to panels and boards. We ask that you are experienced in working in a professional and efficient manner within a busy team. You will also have experience of content management of websites and experience of reviewing and improving administrative processes.

You will be skilled in problem solving and resolving logistical challenges. For this role, we ask that you are IT literate familiar with the use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and SharePoint.
