About the role
This is a strategic leadership role within one of the most respected children’s charities in Scotland. Working with other high performing leaders you will be responsible for developing, leading and implementing our people and culture strategy and will provide inspirational leadership to the team.
About you
You will have substantial experience of working and leading human resources in a complex and dynamic environment. A brilliant leader, you will have a strong track record of motivating others to deliver excellent outcomes and impact. You will be a driver of innovation and transformation projects with an understanding of how to build positive and effective cultures.

This a permanent, full-time role of 35 hours per week. You will be based in the central belt with an ability to travel to our spaces and bases when required.
