Does the thought of working with a committed, values-led team attract you? Are you a natural innovator, skilled at helping teams develop their full potential?
The In Care Survivors Alliance is seeking a new Depute Alliance Manger to drive continued development of Future Pathways and to drive learning across Alliance services and beyond. The role will focus on Future Pathways, one of the two services hosted by the Alliance.
Established in 2016, Future Pathways was set up to help people who experience abuse or neglect in care, in Scotland to live full, healthy and independent lives. Now a well-established service with a team of more than 50 staff, the Alliance requires an experienced leader who will ensure that people we work with receive the highest quality of support, and continue to drive innovation.
Passionate about outcomes and collaboration, you will understand the importance of connecting daily practice to innovation and strategic objectives. Knowing how important wellbeing is to resilience, you will prioritise self-care and hold boundaries in all areas of work and encourage others to do the same.
