Yorkhill Housing Association is a small charitable RSL operating in the west end of Glasgow. We own and manage 462 tenement flats and manage a further 499 units on behalf of other owners. Since 1977 we have established a solid track record of local high quality service provision.

The Association has been granted funding through the Scottish Government’s Fuel Support Fund, and we are looking for a highly motivated individual with a background in energy advice to join our Housing Management team. Duties include engaging with Association tenants and factored owners to provide energy-related advice and advocacy, helping to plan and implement other funded projects related to energy, and working with colleagues to improve the Association’s energy related knowledge.

The successful candidate will have a robust knowledge of the energy sector and experience in managing a caseload helping vulnerable tenants, with a genuine commitment to Yorkhill Housing Association’s community ethos.
