As a member of our reshaped House to Home team, you will help to develop and deliver new and empowering approaches to supporting people to move to, establish and sustain living in their permanent home and assist them to strengthen and develop their community connections.
As this role is within a registered service, you will take pride in working to the standards set by the Care Inspectorate. To help you succeed, on securing the role, you will be supported to register with the SSSC within 6 months of the starting date and, if needed, be given the opportunity to be funded to meet the registered requirements for Housing Support workers.
