Established in 2016, Future Pathways was set up to help people who experience abuse or neglect in care, in Scotland to live full, healthy and independent lives. Now a well-established service with a team of nearly 50 staff, Future Pathways seeks a new Head of Operations who will drive continued development Future Pathways, Scotland’s In-Care Survivors Support Fund.

An experienced leader, you will ensure that survivors receive the highest quality of support, providing direction to Support Coordination Teams.

Passionate about outcomes and collaboration, you will understand the importance of connecting daily practice to innovation and strategic objectives. Knowing how important wellbeing is to resilience, you will prioritise self-care and hold boundaries in all areas of work and encourage others to do the same.
