Role
Job Purpose:
The role of the Complex Needs Service (CNS) support worker is to work with the Senior support worker to ensure delivery of the complex needs service in line with funder requirements by delivering direct services and ensuring effective links and partnerships with mainstream and third sector addiction, criminal justice and mental health support services.
This post is open to hybrid working between office and home, if the candidate can evidence an appropriate environment for home working, ensuring confidentiality and privacy for service users making contact through telephone or online methods. Travel in Edinburgh to meet service users will be required as well.

We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Children and Young People’s Support Worker to join our team at Edinburgh Women’s Aid. In this role, you will provide essential support to children and young people who are experiencing, or have experienced, domestic abuse.
·28 hours per week
·£30,740 (pro-rata £24,592)
·Temporary – for a minimum of 9 months, with the possibility of extension depending on duration of maternity leave.

Children, Young People and Family Support Worker

Fife Women’s Aid are looking to recruit a full-time member of staff to provide advice, advocacy, support and services to children, young people and families who have experienced domestic abuse. Applicants should have experience of providing support in a relevant social care setting.
The successful applicants will have at least SVQ Level III or equivalent level of qualification in childcare or other relevant subject, or equivalent experience and willingness to work towards a qualification.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a high degree of motivation and have the ability to work as part of a team as well as flexible hours to suit the needs of families. An ability to cover on-call is an advantage (additional payments are made for this role).
