We’re looking for a Service Manager to oversee our ND:well Service. You will be working with a small team of Project Workers to deliver services to autistic children (aged 5-16) supporting their mental health and wellbeing. The service works directly with C&YP as well as providing support through work with parents and other professionals. Your role will focus on supporting the team and ensuring our services are effective and efficient. You will also be joining a team of Service Managers contributing to developing practice and upholding our values across the organisation.
Tailor Ed is a dedicated team of passionate and skilled professionals whose wish is to see autistic children and their families empowered and included, able to live the lives they want to and access all the day to day experiences that other families take for granted. We are looking for a Service Manager to help us deliver our high-quality services to families across Edinburgh. We require a confident practitioner, skilled at forming relationships with autistic children and their families. We need an excellent communicator dedicated to supporting children make progress they care about, that leads to lifelong outcomes. We want to find a Service Manager with the skills and confidence to lead a team by example whilst offering support and oversight. As a partnership project, a commitment to working collaboratively will also be important.
