The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrator to support the smooth running of our organisation. You will have excellent administrative and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
As a key member of the management team, you will work directly with senior managers and have delegated responsibility for supporting the Board of Trustees. You will contribute to the overall effectiveness of our organisation by coordinating office operations, improving administrative systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage receptionist/admin and triage members of staff.
• Coordinate and manage all administrative functions to ensure service delivery efficiency.
• Support senior managers and provide administrative support to the Board of Trustees.

About You
We are looking for a personable, organised individual with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality support. You will demonstrate strong leadership skills, including integrity, self-discipline, effective communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, problem-solving, initiative, and sound decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar administrative role. You should be comfortable leading a team, working independently and collaboratively, with a keen eye for detail and a flexible approach.

We are seeking Trustees to join the Citizens Advice Scotland Board at a really exciting time in our development as we prepare to launch our new strategy, which will see us build on our network’s strengths of delivering life changing advice and using our evidence base to tackle inequality and injustice.
As a trustee, you will play a crucial part in ensuring Citizens Advice Scotland fulfills its purpose by defining a clear strategic direction, offering constructive challenge to the executive team and supporting our network of Citizens Advice Bureaux to function effectively. You’ll also make sure that we make good use of our resources, look after our people and follow relevant laws. You will also help us to make sure that our services develop and adapt so they are fit for the future too.

The Policy and Research Officer will work with guidance from the Head of Participation and Policy to deliver the organisation’s policy and research strategies which aim to achieve the vision of disabled people being fully included throughout all Scottish society as equal citizens.
The role involves developing and delivering new policy and research activities as well as continuing existing projects, and ensuring that outputs are accessible and available to disabled people. Critical to its success will be collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and a focus on understanding members’ experiences and ensuring a strong evidence base is available to influence decision makers and policy development.
You will demonstrate a commitment to diversity and ability to apply awareness of diversity and intersectional issues to all areas of our work. Along with a resilient approach to work and clear strategies for self-management as well as the ability to request support from the Board when needed.

About Us
Inverness, Badenoch and Strathspey CAB is an independent charity providing advice, information and support to people across our community. We are a friendly team of over 80 employees and volunteers working over 3 locations (Inverness, Raigmore and Aviemore) delivering a busy advice service. We strive to deliver a good quality service that meets the needs of our clients in a non-judgemental and confidential manner. We aim for individuals not to suffer through not knowing or understanding their rights and responsibilities or not being aware of the services available to them. We provide advice and options to our clients so that they can make informed decision and feel empowered to improve their personal circumstance.
To provide clients with holistic advice covering debt, income maximisation, energy. This will include preparation of financial statements, explanation of debt options and assistance to access these options. The role will require the ability to interact with clients over the telephone, face to face and using digital channels to provide advice.
Ongoing training will be provided however you should be someone who can demonstrate experience of working with clients who are experiencing multiple and complex issues and who can provide advice sensitively and with confidence to clients.
In addition to managing a caseload you may also be required to work on a duty rota for dealing with initial money advice contacts and for covering outreach services as required, as well as providing 2nd-tier support to other advisers within the Bureau.
You should have an understanding of the effects of financial difficulties and financial hardship on our clients. You should be an excellent team player with a desire to progress with training to meet the standards required.
Disability Equality Scotland are looking for part time Training and Development Worker to deliver and expand our suite of training courses including Easy Read. The post holder will also support our Easy Read Creators with some translation tasks.
This post should have a high level of responsibility for designing, delivering, evaluating and reporting.

As our Office Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our Edinburgh office, enabling our team to deliver our mission. You’ll manage inquiries, organise meetings, and maintain systems, redirect incoming phone calls and ensuring seamless operations. With empathy, you’ll handle supporter care using our Donorfy database, support fundraising events like the Edinburgh Marathon, and coordinate merchandise and volunteer logistics for projects like PROSPACK. You’ll also contribute to awareness campaigns, manage donations, and occasionally represent Prostate Scotland.
We seek a proactive, compassionate individual with strong administrative, IT, and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Charity experience is welcome but not required, as we provide training.
