The successful candidate will undertake a senior role in the support of adults with a range of learning disabilities, and will encourage participation in economic, social enterprise and other activities that enable people to gain skills and confidence. The Social Enterprise Coordinator will play a lead role within the staff team and contribute positively to the development of the service.

The successful applicant will have experience of and a proven track record in leading a support team in the context of the post. The ability to play a proactive role in the promotion and development of the service, as well as excellent communication skills is also essential. Role Profile

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Management Accountant to join our small team at V&A Dundee - Scotland’s design museum. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the financial management of a mission-driven charitable organisation. Working alongside passionate colleagues you will join us in our mission to inspire and empower through design, contributing to informed decision-making and the long-term sustainability of our exhibitions and public programmes.

The Management Accountant plays a key role in ensuring the financial sustainability and effective stewardship of the charity’s resources. Working closely with budget holders, senior leadership, and programme teams, the postholder will provide timely, accurate management information to support decision-making across exhibition, fundraising, and learning activities. The role reports to the Head of Finance, with supervision duties over the finance assistants’ team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head of Finance in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting, with a particular focus on grant-funded projects, restricted income, and compliance with funder requirements.

This is a 2-year fixed term contract due to internal development.

This is an opportunity to join a small, dynamic, ambitious, and welcoming team that believes in the transformative power of youth work and the power of partnerships. Operations Officers support the operational delivery and development of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) through managing a portfolio of Licensed Organisations (LOs).

LOs range from local authorities, state and independent schools to youth organisations, secure units, and community groups. The DofE Scotland Operations team works with these licensed organisations to build their capacity, support their reach into more marginalised communities and ensure quality and compliance with the Award framework.

The DofE Scotland office covers DofE activity across the length and breadth of Scotland, working with over 140 Licensed Organisations and over 19,000 young people in the last year alone. Each Operations Officer manages a portfolio based on broad geographic region.

The role will be field-based and when not attending meetings, employees will work from home. You will need to have an appropriate home office set up and live within or near the region of North Scotland.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic and proactive team player, who is able to embrace innovation and change. You will be a confident and effective communicator and collaborator and have experience of building and sustaining relationships with stakeholders across the education and/or youth and community sectors.

You will be a passionate advocate for the work of the DofE and motivated by the charity’s current strategic ambition to give more than one million young people the chance to participate in our life-changing programmes.

You’ll need excellent interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills, excellent organisational skills, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. About RSFS

The Royal Scottish Forestry Society, formed in 1854, is an educational charity focussing on promoting the understanding of trees, woods and forestry. Every year RSFS puts on what we believe to be the most extensive programme of practical forestry events across Scotland.

The Society has published a semi-academic journal,Scottish Forestry, since 1858 promoting all aspects of good practice in forestry. All back issues are available to Members via our website.

The Society has a mix of individual and organisational Members. Our membership includes professional foresters and managers, woodlands owners and many others with an interest in trees and woods.

RSFS is also the parent entity of Cashel Forest Trust, a charity based near Balmaha, in East Loch Lomond.
