As Head of Communications, you will work with the Chief Executive Officer and wider Leadership Team to enhance and protect Sistema Scotland’s reputation as a leading voice within its sector across Scotland. You will also develop and deliver the organisation’s Communications Strategy, alongside mentoring and line managing the Communications & Marketing Team. As part of the Leadership Team, you will also support the smooth running of the organisation and delivery on strategic outcomes.
You will bring experience of working in a senior communications role in the charity or public sector, along with robust knowledge of the Scottish political and funding landscape. Experience of working with and managing successful relationships with multiple partners is also essential, along with knowledge of current issues regarding music education, community development and tackling inequalities in Scotland.

Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) exists so nobody in Scotland suffers or dies because medical help cannot get there in time. People can get sick or have accidents anywhere and anytime. But in Scotland there are places where urgent medical help cannot reach people. Or help gets there too late. And when lives are at risk every minute matters. Annually, SCAA responds to between 900- 1,000 incidents, delivering emergency relief of serious sickness and injury and assist the speed of recovery in time critical medical emergencies. As a charity we rely on donations from the Scottish public, companies and communities to ensure that urgent medical help gets to the patient when it is needed, wherever they are and at whatever time of day.
Position
Operating at a senior level within the organisation you will lead a team of four managers within a culture of innovation, support and cross team working, with the aim of providing a strategic approach to ensure the best possible journey for our donors and supporters. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our fundraising strategy across community, events and volunteering, trusts and grants, corporate and philanthropy by crafting ambitious regional plans, nurturing high-performing teams, and driving excellence in supporter engagement and recognition. The Rape & Sexual Abuse Centre Perth & Kinross are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated worker with a proven track record of providing therapeutic support to young people affected by trauma. Providing therapeutic support, information and advocacy services, this role will involve responding to the needs of young survivors of sexual abuse and their families. The post holder will be expected to have a creative and needs-led approach throughout their practice.
Experience of delivering one to one support is essential alongside experience of assessing and responding to risk. An ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders is necessary as we are looking for someone who will value partnership working and is proactive in sensitively working alongside others to best meet the needs of young survivors and their families.

Job Purpose
We recognise the challenges people with complex lives and challenges face in engaging with mental health services. Job Summary
The role will provide leadership in developing and delivering an ambitious programme of integrated mental health recovery and suicide prevention interventions across SCS homelessness services. The role focuses on building "mental health recovery capital" and resilience through co-production with people who have lived experience of homelessness and multiple disadvantages. The lead will establish a national network of champions, translate evidence into practical resources, and collaborate with national partners.
Feeling Strong was founded in 2018 and is Dundee’s youth mental health charity for young people aged 12 - 26 living, working, or studying in Dundee. We exist to make sure that every young person who has experienced a mental health challenge is supported to reach their full potential. We deliver projects, services and campaigns in the community to tackle stigma, build confidence, develop resources, create networks, and support young people’s positive recovery journeys. We have established a strong record in delivering youth-centred projects in the heart of Dundee, delivered by, and for, young people. We do this through our three workstreams: Campaigns & Content, Recovery & Support, and Community & Learning. All our work is led by our three values: Leadership, Inclusivity and Empathy.
About the role
To deliver the Campaigns & Content workstream, overseeing projects, events, and coaching project staff/volunteers, and to coordinate Feeling Strong’s communications, public/policy engagement, membership scheme, community fundraising activity, and trust and foundations funding development. We are seeking a motivated and committed Young People and Families Therapeutic Support Worker to join our friendly, dedicated team, this role is primarily working with young people aged 12-24, however there will be some work with adult survivors and family members too.
At RASAC, we take a whole-person approach. This means the role is varied and may involve supporting young survivors who experience challenges with trust, self-esteem, self-care, relationships, or education. Some may also use self-harm or substances as coping strategies. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and organised Finance and Business Manager to join our small team. The Finance and Business Manager will work closely with our Director of Finance and Business to ensure that finance and business systems operate efficiently and effectively.
