We are a national charity providing support services and community spaces that help people stay well, reduce isolation, and feel more connected.

We are recognised as a trusted and credible voice on LGBTQ+ health and wellbeing, particularly in areas such as mental health, trans wellbeing, and the experiences of LGBTQ+ elders.

We are working for a Scotland where LGBTQ+ people are healthier, connected, and able to live well.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced fundraiser to help us grow and diversify our income at an important time for LGBT Health and Wellbeing.

As our Fundraising and Partnerships Manager, you'll take a hands-on role in securing significant funding, with a particular focus on trusts and foundations and corporate partnerships. You'll build relationships with funders and supporters, identify new opportunities, and develop compelling proposals that help us secure the resources needed to support LGBTQ+ communities across Scotland.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you'll play an important role in shaping our fundraising approach, taking ownership of income targets, and developing a strong pipeline of opportunities for the future.

About You

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of securing funding and the confidence, creativity, and determination to develop new opportunities.

You'll be an excellent relationship builder and a credible communicator, able to turn ideas into compelling funding proposals and lasting partnerships. You'll be comfortable taking responsibility for delivering results, balancing longer-term planning with the practical work needed to bring funding in.
