Are you good with people and a good communicator? Would you like to work in the community promoting our products and services? Caledonian Credit Union is looking for an experienced Development Officer. You will promote the benefits of membership of Caledonian Credit Union in the Scottish Borders Area of our common bond including Social Media promotions and also promote our products and services including loans and savings accounts to our new and existing members in the community. You will also be expected to arrange meetings with local employers, both private and public to promote our successful payroll savings scheme. You should be a self starter, target driven and be proactive in arranging promotions throughout the Scottish Borders to increase our membership and raise awareness. You should also have strong IT skills to help with creating promotional material and dealing with new member enquiries. Own transport is essential and travel expenses will be paid.

This is a full time role on a contract basis. It is also funded by Scottish Borders Council.
