We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Group Support Facilitator to join our Living with Uncertainty/Fear of Recurrence Group Programme (funded by National Lottery Community Fund) supporting people who are affected by cancer, to manage the psychological and emotional impact.
About the Role
Beatson Cancer Charity is looking for an experienced and empathetic Group Support Facilitator to join our small team; the Facilitator will work with our psychologist to deliver support. This will be delivered within an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and person centered framework.

About You
You will be a compassionate professional with experience supporting individuals and families affected by long-term health conditions and emotional distress. You will be educated to a degree level or equivalent within a relevant field (Health, Psychology, AHP, Nursing, Social Sciences, Counselling, CBT) and possess excellent communication, assessment and relationship building skills. Experience in cancer care, ACT-based approaches, or group facilitation would be advantageous.
