As Fundraising & Development Manager, you will work closely with the Festival's leadership and associates to develop a considered, diverse fundraising strategy, ensuring the continued success of EAF and the work we do. You will be joining a close-knit, committed team in delivering an internationally recognised, socially engaged Festival of exciting visual art.

You will support a refreshed strategy, story of change, case for support and strategic communications to develop relationships and secure investment in our organisation.

The purpose of the role is to:

- Work closely with the Director and Development Associate to devise and own the charity's fundraising strategy, ensuring the multi-year resilience of its fundraising function.

- Assist on the strategic development of external relations that support this strategy
