Children’s Wellbeing & Development Co-ordinator

This role will also support the Team Managers to develop a broad range of learning activities, which are specific to the needs of vulnerable children and their families

Minimum Qualifications required are:

Responsibilities

Our Warehouse Manager will be a people leader in a fast paced, dynamic and customer obsessed environment. They will able to engage, direct and support a small team of warehouse operatives whose role it is to safely and efficiently receive, sort, check and pack all orders for collection.

We are looking for candidates with experience in leading people in a warehouse environment with experience in both inbound and outbound operations.

You will:

  • Independently identify operational problems and step in to resolve them before they become customer impacting.
  • Bring a department perspective to decision making
  • Leverage your people leader experience to guide the team through excellent communication, decision making, coaching and personal development planning.
  • Interrogate processes and identify pain points to improve the customer journey and operational efficiency.

Basic qualifications:

Our service is registered with the BACP and therefore you should be qualified to Diploma level and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar role and BACP/UKCP accreditation.

You will also be required to undertake monthly external support and supervision.
