Women’s Support Worker/ Collective Manager
For this varied and interesting role, we are looking for a woman who is passionate about feminism and women’s and children’s rights and has an ability to be adaptable and compassionate in the workplace in line with Clydebank Women’s Aid ethos. Ideally you will have some experience of support work however this is not essential as you will receive in house training and support.
What you’ll be doing
As the Women’s Support Worker / Collective Manager your core responsibility will be to deliver one to one support to women experiencing domestic abuse and are living in refuge, access our drop-in service or call in for support and advice.
You will also be responsible for the overall project management of the service alongside the other collective members. As part of your collective responsibilities, you will also provide support to children and young people who are experiencing domestic abuse living in refuge.

Children & Young Persons Worker / Collective Manager
For this varied and interesting role, we are looking for a woman who can lead our children and young person’s service. The applicant should have a past record of working creatively and independently and will ideally have been involved in setting up and delivering a similar service. You will also have Collective Management duties and responsibilities. You should be passionate about feminism and women’s and children’s rights and have an ability to be adaptable and compassionate in your workplace in line with Clydebank Women’s Aid ethos.
What You’ll Be Doing
