About Us:

S.H.I.P Charity is dedicated to providing transformative experiences for children with additional support needs. Our mission is to create inclusive and engaging clubs where every child can thrive, learn, and have fun. We are seeking a Volunteering Coordinator to join our team and help us make a positive impact in the lives of these exceptional children.

Support and Supervision: Provide ongoing support to volunteers during club sessions, addressing any concerns or challenges that arise and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all. Support and encourage volunteers with Duke of Edinburgh and Saltire awards.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of volunteer information, attendance, and feedback. Use this data to continually improve our volunteer programs and ensure compliance with Care standards and grant funding requirements.
