We’re looking for an organised, approachable and experienced Office Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover basis.
You’ll play an important role in keeping our Centre and organisational systems running smoothly, as well as being a key first point of contact for survivors and other organisations. The role includes general office administration, managing referrals and our case management database, data collection and reporting, supporting GDPR and HR processes, and providing administrative support across the wider team.
We’re looking for someone with:
• Experience of working with and maintaining effective office systems
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people and organisations
• A good working knowledge of IT, alongside an understanding of data protection and GDPR processes

We’re looking for a creative and experienced Communications Officer to join our team and help strengthen SBRCC’s voice, reach and impact.
You’ll lead the development and delivery of our communications, helping to raise awareness of sexual violence and our services, strengthen relationships with survivors, professionals, communities and partners, and showcase the difference our work makes. The role combines strategic communications with creative content, digital engagement, campaigns and media, with opportunities to explore how emerging technologies, including AI, can be used responsibly and ethically to strengthen our work.
We’re looking for someone with:
• Experience of developing and delivering communications across a range of channels
• Experience of managing websites and social media and producing high-quality content for different audiences
• An understanding of strategic communications, audience engagement and accessible, inclusive and trauma informed communications
• Excellent communication, planning and relationship-building skills, with a creative approach to developing engaging content
