We are looking for an experienced, inspirational, passionate, and dedicated senior manager for our Highland and Moray services, who engenders a culture of performance, creativity, relationship-based practice, and teamwork.
You will lead and be accountable for our Highland and Moray services and teams, working as key part of the senior management team, with the requirement to be the registered manager of our Outreach services and Playscheme, which are located in Highland and Moray. This will include being the regional safeguarding lead.
Your key focus will be on the provision and growth of high quality, cost effective neurodiverse specific services, leading and supporting the delivery of responsive, tailored, and person-centred support.

The role of our new Service Manager will require the successful person to register with the SSSC & as registered manager with the Care Inspectorate, overseeing our existing Outreach & Support Service, & our very exciting & brand-new project, Binky the Sensory Bus. You will work closely & collaboratively with our Children’s Service Manager & effectively contribute to the wider leadership team.
You will be assisted & supported by a minimum of two Team Leaders, with one currently based in Aberdeen & two based in Moray at Winchester House. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a vital role in driving our current & new services forward.

The Services Manager will play a key role in our leadership team, supporting teams and services throughout Grampian and the development of new services. This role offers significant opportunity for progression for the right candidate.
The right candidate will
lead and manage the
provision of high quality, safe and stimulating autism specific and neurodiverse services and environments for
children, young people, and adults throughout Grampian.
Supported by a group of four to five Team Leaders, you will have the ability to lead, manage and motivate a team of support staff to work creatively, collaboratively and provide high quality support and services to individuals and their families.
You will be our Registered Manager for both our Playschemes in Aberdeen and Elgin, as well as our Outreach Service. We operate 365 days per year, 7 days per week between the hours of 8am and 9pm.
The role is full time (part-time or job sharing may be considered),permanent, based in Aberdeen with regular travel throughout Grampian,andrequires regular evening and weekend work to ensure we provide essential services and support to our teams and neurodiverse community.
