We are seeking to employ an exceptional Mental Health Services Delivery Manager who can embrace our ethos and values and be dedicated to ensuring the delivery of quality services.
The principal purpose of this post is to lead, manage, support and co-ordinate the day-to-day operation of the service delivery areas and line management to the respective managers. Working with the Senior Leadership Team there will also be a requirement to support and collaboratively deputise for the CEO in their absence.

We are seeking applications from appropriately qualified people who have considerable and demonstrable experience of providing a holistic, therapeutic model of support to young people and their families who are experiencing reduced psychological wellbeing.
The Service takes a ‘whole person, whole family’ approach and the role might include delivering interventions, supports and groupwork/courses for parents, guardians as well as supporting the young person on a one-to-one basis or alongside the family unit. This service is flexible, personalised and adaptive, enabling our clients to improve their mental health and wellbeing, by using a range of validated and evidence-based recovery focused tools and techniques.

FDAMH’s Counselling Service are recruiting a qualified counsellor or therapist to join our well established Counselling Service. The main case load for the successful candidate will be Carers, however there may be some other client work from our ’core’ counselling waiting list to be supported as and when required. This post will be a delivered via a hybrid working model, delivering face to face counselling from FDAMH’s building with remote working (Zoom) to suit the needs of individual clients as required. We are seeking applications from people who are qualified to Diploma level in a Counselling therapeutic discipline, with membership of a professional body (COSCA, BACP, BABCP etc). The individual must have experience of counselling people ages 16 plus years old and over, we will accept applications from all counselling modalities, e.g., humanistic, psychodynamic, CBT or integrative approach.
Thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund we are seeking to recruit a Project Worker within our Social Spark service. With demonstrable skills in working with people with reduced mental wellbeing, along with excellent communication skills, the successful applicant will assume the day-to-day responsibility for the activity based group programmes, have experience and the ability to lead outdoor pursuits and review and develop our existing indoor and outdoor activity groups. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, flexible and have creative skills to work with clients and volunteers.

Therefore, we are recruiting to fill a number of vacancies to join our team and help us create a new, high-quality service for the young people in the area. We are seeking applications from people who have considerable and demonstrable experience of providing a holistic, therapeutic model of support to young people, aged 13—24 who are experiencing reduced psychological wellbeing, and their families.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Counselling Service Manager to join our established service. The post holder will lead the delivery of efficient and high-quality services to our clients through:
• Ensuring best practice standards are met and performance is regularly monitored and evidenced to stakeholders and funders.
• Operational management of the counselling services including support, development to the counselling team.
• Reviewing and developing services, including the management of face-to-face and online counselling.
With a qualification and skills pertinent to the role, applicants should have demonstrable experience of recruiting and managing staff/volunteers and rotas as well as the ability to provide counselling/therapeutic practices and assessments to a wide age group.

The position of Initial Assessment Officer within FDAMH is a key post. We are seeking applications from people with a formal qualification in mental health, social work, counselling or equivalent, with demonstrable experience in conducting person centred, holistic mental health and wellbeing assessments. The primary function of the Initial Assessment Officer is to meet with clients, discuss their reasons for attending and from there, to agree with the client the best course of action to meet their needs. This post requires a person with considerable experience, resilience, empathy and a clear understanding of how social, environmental and health and wellbeing factors impact on an individual’s whole life and that of their family and social contacts.
