We are a community-controlled housing association operating in Govanhill and Merrylee to the south of Glasgow city centre. We own and manage more than 2,800 homes for social rent and factor around 1,500 privately owned properties. Our voluntary Management Committee is made up of local residents, contributing to strong and stable governance and high levels of trust in the Association by the local community.
