TD1 Youth Hub is a youth work organisation based in Galashiels in the Scottish Borders, it offers a range of youth work opportunities through a range of projects such as drop-ins, detached work, mentoring, transitions, music project, young parents project and much more. Last year it worked with over 300 young people and aim to be a young person centred organisation which respects, values and engages with young people to address their needs be offering support, guidance and opportunities to shape their own futures.

TD1 Youth Hub is recruiting a Project Lead for TD1 Cashback Extra, a major three-year youth work project in Galashiels. This full-time role will lead targeted groupwork, weekend youth work and local outreach for young people aged 11 to 18 affected by poverty, trauma, exclusion and risk-taking behaviour.
We are looking for a strong relationship-based practitioner who shares our aim to be a young person-centred organisation and can lead work that is trusted, responsive, inclusive, empowering and supportive.
