Are you a strategic HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We’re seeking a People Business Partner to play a key role in shaping our people strategy, driving employee engagement and cultivating a high-performance culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with senior leaders to shape workforce strategies
- Advise and support managers on employee relations casework
- Drive employee engagement & foster a high-performance culture
- Lead change management & organisational development initiatives
- Champion diversity, equity & inclusion in the workplace
- Use data-driven insights to influence business decisions
What We’re Looking For:
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
- Proven experience in a People/HR Business Partner role
- Strong knowledge of employment law & HR best practices
- Ability to influence & build relationships at all levels
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
