Part Time Administrator

We're looking for a part-time Administrator with at least 2 years experience of working in an HR, finance and payroll administration role, using online accounting, office and database systems, able to follow, develop and implement administrative processes. Tap into IT Where You Are is a small Social Enterprise with charitable status, helping older people to access the benefits of digital technology/survive and thrive in the online world, 'connecting people and encouraging community'. Currently we're a small team but with a big mission and the Administrator plays a crucial role as we seek to develop and grow in that.

Digital Support Worker

Tap into IT Where You Are charity (tapintoit.org.uk) are looking for a Digital Support Worker to join our passionate team. We provide services and support to enable older people in Edinburgh (including those with additional support needs) to access the benefits of the internet and technology.

The role will be to provide a one to one tech support service that is tuned into the needs of older people (post-retirement age) in their own homes, helping them to stay connected, involved, and able to do what they need to do online. 12 hours per week at this stage but expected to increase with rising demand. Flexibility is required and you must be able to travel within Edinburgh (public transport/bike/car).
